چکیده
Being a critical factor affecting the motion accuracy of precision machine tools, structural thermal elongation ball screw unit is generally caused by comprehensive influence from heat generations screw-nut pair/bearings and time-varying ambient temperature. To resist 2 disturbances above to guarantee precisely original length shaft, an active coolant control strategy proposed in this paper. This based on premise hypothesis: For slender long tubular structure shaft temperature approximately equal its recirculating The reason that intensive forced convection capable eliminating rises friction air convections. Based premise, can be consistently controlled strategy, further correct shaft. It experimentally verified variations positioning are not more than 10 ?m, which lower traditional strategy. Besides, detected temperatures unit, theoretical model proved reliable FE simulation method.

Experimental Investigation of a Ball Screw for Increasing the Accuracy of Thermal Fe Simulations
Thermally induced displacements due to thermal expansions continue to present one of the main problem areas in the machine tool sector. To compensate displacements simplified thermal FE simulation models are developed, with which compensating calculations will be carried out online in the NC control computer in future (software in the loop). To increase the accuracy experimental tests are condu...
متن کاملThe Modelling and Correction of Ball-screw Geometric, Thermal and Load Errors on Cnc Machine Tools
In the modern global economy, there is a demand for high precision in manufacture as competitive pressures drive businesses to seek greater productivity. This results in a demand for a reduction in the errors associated with CNC machine tools. To this end, it is useful to develop a greater understanding of the mechanisms which give rise to errors in machine tool drives. This programme of resear...
متن کاملPrediction of Thermal Deformation for a Ball Screw System Under Composite Operating Conditions
The position error of a feed drive system is mostly caused by thermal deformation of a ball screw shaft. A high-speed ball screw system can generate massive heat with greater thermal expansion produced, and consequently have a negative effect on the positioning accuracy. In this study, we applied the computational approach using the finite element method (FEM) to simulate the thermal expansion ...

Let φ(z) = (φ1(z), · · · , φn(z)) be a holomorphic selfmap of B and ψ(z) a holomorphic function on B, where B is the unit ball of C n . Let 0 < p, s < +∞,−n− 1 < q < +∞, q+ s > −1 and α ≥ 0, this paper gives some necessary and sufficient conditions for the weighted composition operatorWψ,φ induced by φ and ψ to be bounded and compact between the space F (p, q, s) and α-Bloch space β.
